You can easily take them out or put them back in depending on your preference.

- Washing: You can hand-wash your bra in cold or lukewarm water (below 30°) using a gentle detergent, or machine-wash it (below 30°) inside a protective laundry bag.
- No fabric softener: Avoid using softeners, as they can damage the elasticity of the fabric.
- Natural drying: Do NOT use a tumble dryer. Lay the bra flat to air-dry to preserve its shape.
- Avoid direct sun exposure: Do not expose it to direct sunlight for long periods, to prevent colour fading.
- Close hooks: Before washing, close the hooks to avoid damaging other garments.
