RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Amaframeβ’ is committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our Customers.
We offer the possibility to return one or more items purchased online and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products.
If the product you received does not meet your expectations or is damaged for any reason, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
WHEN CAN YOU REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND?
You may request a return if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (the purchase confirmation email is sufficient).
To start a return, you must contact us at info.amaframe@gmail.com, providing your order number or the email used to place the order, and explaining the reason for your return request.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Amaframeβ’ is not responsible for returned items and will not issue any refund until the item has been delivered back to our international warehouse.

If the return request is due to a customer error in product selection, we do not guarantee the possibility of a return.

Personalised items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
WHAT IF THE SIZE DOESNβT FIT?
If you purchased the Size Guarantee, and the size you ordered does not fit, you can request a free size exchange by contacting us at info.amaframe@gmail.com.
If you did not purchase the Size Guarantee, you may still request a size exchange, but shipping costs will be at your expense.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
